So in my Internet wanderings, I found this website, Sporkforge.com , which said it had "image processing utilities". Okay. Like what?

Well, they've got an ACII image generator, which didn't work out so well with this particular picture. But the oil painting generator? Nailed it!

I mean, in a lot of ways, I guess it still just looks like the original picture (I selected the "medium" brush for this one. If you come back on Wednesday, you can see a picture with the "heavy" brush!)

It's been cold and rainy here. I mean, I guess "cold" is subjective, but I don't feel in June it should be dipping into the 40's at night. I think it only got up to 63 or so yesterday, and has been cloudy and rainy for a week.

With my currently bum ankle, we haven't had a real walk since That Fateful Day. I think both Elka and I are going a little stir crazy. I am happy to say that the ankle is improving. The bruising is gone, there's a teensy bit of swelling still, and it only hurts sometimes. Still, I don't want to push it too soon and reinjure myself. It's tough taking it easy, when the weather is so beautiful!

Oh, and for everybody who asked on Wednesday: Elka was holding a small "leather" notebook. There was a thread on Doberman Talk of dogs holding objects, and it was something that came to hand. I told Elka to "take it" and "hold it", and got the picture. Granted, it was of questionable quality, but there you go!
