Though Elka loves the snow, she does not like the cold, so she's kept her frolicking somewhat to a minimu. I got a few shots, though it's before the snow was deep; it's about knee deep on Elka now. She went out to pee, and when she crouched, she was in it! She looked at her hindquarters accusingly, then looked at me as if to say "Do you see what I have to deal with?"
Of course, even running in circles in snow loses it's allure fast for a temperature sensitive princess, and then it's time to get back on the couch, and talk to the blankets until they do their jobs and cover her. Even pillows are encouraged to get into the game (also, I'm not sure why my new phone takes kind of fuzzy/wonky pictures [yes, I took the plastic off the lens])
Oh Elka, you can borrow some of my furs if you want! BOL
ReplyDeleteThat snow looks like tons of fun to me!
Butts, that couch looks even better! ☺
Stay warm and snuggly gurl!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥

Elka, you are a brave girl for going out to play in your short coat. Sorry the cold bothered your tushy.
ReplyDeleteWe met a pretty Doberman on our walk yesterday wearing a coat that was almost as thick as mine. But even it doesn't help with the snow gets up near your belly.
That snow makes you do fast zoomies.

There's too much snow for frolicking where we are, it's more like snow swimming.
